You know you guys hate it cuz itd be a Civic. But it wouldnt be a ricer, so whats the problem?

Sometimes people do stuff just for freak value, rather than because it would be the most effective way to get there. In addition to the Festiva SHOgun most people have probably seen before, some other people have tried to convert those cars to 351-powered RWD cars. :-) I'd drive one.

Oh, yeah--the only time I've been to the dragstrip down here in Orlando, one of the more interesting creations I saw was a stripped down Mazda hatchback (everything removed down to the sheet metal, cage added) with what sounded like a rotary. Sucker MOVED.
