Yeah we thought it looked a little like the caprice/impalas.
But I will end up paying about AU$15 000 on the road running, with stereo, imoboliser etc.
But in japan, after 'x' number of kms, or 4 years I think it is, the rego etc, on the car jumps a lot, the older it is, the more you pay. However a few years ago it was cheaper to buy a new car every 4 years, nowadays its cheaper to hang on to it for a few more years.
But here we also have a 15yeah rule, after 15years, you can bring ANY car in with ANY mod done to it. You just need complienceing, which is just mostly safty stuff, such as new seat belts, and side intrusion bars etc.

Awesome. This is just plain awesome Cams, good catch! I love the color, the wheels, the engine =) I could imagine your going nuts waiting to get it, hehe. Hope she runs good for ya, at least she will get to drink a nice high octane every day unlike my 4G63.
