personal info (a big mistake is posting this on the net)
Info About Me
Hi, my name is Allen Richard Marchant. I'm 24 years old and am currently living in Peterborough Ontario Canada. I moved (11/24/01) to the Toronto area to be closer to where it's at! I actually got a 'transfer', of sorts to a similar office in Peterborough from one in Thunder Bay. I am presently employed by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors, working in the Office of the Surveyor General, Ministry of Natural Resources for the Ontario Government. Basically I work with township boundaries, crown locations, and property lines using AutoCAD and ESRI products. It comes down to working my ass off in college and getting a really good job with really good money. =D
Anways..... I have one brother who is presently going to Humber College in Etobicoke. When he is not at the college, he works at a club called Phantom Lounge. He is 20 and lives most of the time in The GTA. I also have a 'half adopted' sis in the UK. Her name is Sophie and she is amazing. We talk often and she is very caring and loving. My parents own 150 acres and have lived in the Orillia area for almost 14 years. Their property has a huge marsh on it, along with a forest, trails, fields and pastureland. It is the most amazing place..so sureal and quiet. Not like the city life that I live within. My father is a teacher/technician at Sir Sanford Fleming College in Lindsay, Ontario. Actually it's the college that I attended, but I never had him as a teacher. He also sells furnaces and used to sell firewood. My mom is a home health care worker and works with the elderly and disabled people who cannot perform tasks easily without help.
Throughout my life I have lived in many places. Born up in Northern Ontario, moved to Manitoba after a year and then 6 years later moved to Southern Ontario and lived in 6 different houses around there until i moved north (January of '01) to Fort Frances and then to Thunder Bay and now south to Peterborough. Time will tell as to where I will end up.
Hmmm......Friends...good subject. Well I should start with one of my best friends Leanne. I actually went to college with her back in 2000. She took Parks and Forest Recreation at S.S.F.C. I didn't really keep in contact with her while I was up north, but when I came back we spent some time together and then hooked up January 13th, 2002. Around the beginning of December we decided just to be friends. Some stuff happened that I don't want to talk about anymore I think. :( She and I are still close and starting April '03, we'll be working together at Bark Lake Leadership Centre. She loves to cook and I love to eat, and so things work out well when we hang out. :P She is caring, and loving still, and its fun to spend time with her. I have many close friends. Raynee and Shannon are two of them. A couple other of my friends, Dominic, Mikey and Shaner, I have known Mike and Shane since high school and they live in the Toronto area. I talk to them often and we are always talking about cars and accessorizing. You can check out a thorough description of Mike's car in the autos section or by clicking here. Shane finally got his car in October '01 or so. He has had bad luck with vehicles and has finally found a good one (Have a look here). Really there are too many friends to list, but if you want to check some of them out, click here. I will be adding the missing ones asap. =D
I have several 'hobbies' including; computers and cars. In the summer of 2001 I bought an Athlon Thunderbird with a 1.333 Ghz processor, 30 Gig HD, a burner, and a DVD player. I also purchased a 17" monitor with it. I am online with Hi-Speed service and kicking it with lotsa speed. My other major hobby is accesorizing my ride. I own a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire GT. If you want to have a look at it, click here. I have put a lot of money in to it and soon enough i will be getting the seats and interior finished.
When I lived in the GTA I used to go clubbing and bar hopping. While I was in Thunder Bay I did not do much of it and now that I am closer again, I've gone several times on weekends. I like Hip-Hop and Rap, as well as Dance and Freestyle, Reggae and ginobeats. I watch Simpsons and Hockey all the time, and I also enjoy watching football in the summer and European Footy year round. I don't play many sports, 'cept for pool sometimes. I like to Ski-doo, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe, as well as bike in the summer.
So I guess that pretty much sums up everything. If you would like to read my 'life story' it will not be completed........anytime soon I hope. But I am working on the past parts and have gotten some completed.

#5, yeah - i know.
The thing is is that i don't work for a marketing firm or as a contract killer (where info like this would come in handy). When someone presents ALL this slew of info on the net without thinking about the consiquences - then you might as well accept what comes your way from it. Leaving the door wide open like this allows anyone who's in the mood for blackmail the oppertunity to do so.
If your going to talk about your life online - censor everything that could be used against you. It might sound harsh - but to avoid the posibility of blackmail is a small price i'd pay for my security. Allen Richard Marchant here - however - chose the hard way. |

#1, VERY homosexual. Maybe he's like Howard Deane, a self-proclaimed "metrosexual". (new term for straight man in touch with feminine side, and who likes gays.) |

#15, I'm curious as to why he says he has a "good job with really good money" and then procedes to buy a Sunbird. My only thought is that he's to young and stupid to understand what making good money really is. |
