with the picture in post #5, and the image above... you can clearly see there is no frame, axles, cage or seat in this car. Looks to be a fiberglas body kit with 2 wheels (the back one with 0 air pressure) stuck under it |

i think this thing is jus a shell with wheels eased underneath it, notice the front wheel doesnt have a hub |
