Not bad. Yeah, they started making convertibles again in '87 or '88, I think. I went to high school with a girl who had a rednecked-up '91 RS convertible. |

They exsist, they're rare, (I think GM contracted an outside company to do the conversions) but neat lookin' |

Interresting how the 2nd gens design made them the only F-body generation that coudln't be convertiblized, I've seen a couple attempts at it by independents, they suck |

'87 was when they started back with the convertibles. They built 1,007 of them in 1987. I'm looking for figures on the rest of the years. |

The production for the last 3rd gen Camaro convertibles was 3700. I doubt they topped those numbers in the years in between. So yeah, they're pretty rare. |
