u could turn as is. but....how are u supposed to drive it....there are speed bumps, ruff roads, rail cross....etc

Its probably on hydrolics or airbags so they can lift it up to drive, either way they are still going to bend a rim if they hit even the smallest bump in the road with those rubber bands for tires. Another car that is an attempt to look cool but turns out to be an undrivable paper weight, that still looks stupid.

as stated above....more than likely..it has some sort of suspension lift set up...i.e. air ride, Hydraulics...3 powerlifting midgets in trunk that come and lift car up for speed bumps

The only people a tasteless pos like this could possibly appeal too would be some immature 14 year olds. Fortunatley, not all 14 year olds have bad taste like these do.
You could outrun this pos with a loaded 3 ton truck because it can clear things like pebbles, ect.
