Sorry... I flew off the handle a bit... it's just that, I enjoy hot dogs, this was an image that I submitted in praise of them, and you kept posting about how utterly disgusting you think they are. In my mind I was just thinking, "Ok, you don't like them, I get it. No need to elaborate."

Let me just say this, I know lots of animal rights activists like to portray people who eat meat as being insensitive towards the whole meat farming thing and I think it's bullshit. I think it's gross the way pigs and cows are treated but they're just frickin animals and quite frankly I have more important things to worry about. If there was no meat industry this country would be fucked. Stearin, a chemical derived from beef tallow (render mutton fat), is used to make things like soap, cooking oils, birdfood, biodiesel and even cement. In closing let me just say that I'm sorry some pigs and cows had to die but I can appreciate their use and we should be thankful we have this industry.

And btw, Hot Dogs are awesome, in fact anything in hot dog form is awesome like kielbasa, italian sausage and bratwursts filled with cheddar cheese.

#24, exactly. I am split on hunting as well. I don't like the idea of hunting per se, I would never do it, but a big ass buck head looks cool when its hung up. Same with bear heads. :) Also, I've heard deer meat is good.

I still eat meat. Just not 99% like I used to. Maybe 40% now.

*Sells home to purchase ninja outfit and ancient sword carved by a smelly guy in a garage on a hill in Japan. gets a membership to bally's. Works out for 3 months. runs to closes farm at 3:00 am. Kills sentinel owl by snapping neck (takes a few spins but it can be done). goes to farm house. climbs drain to the top window. sneaks in and pounces farm girl while smacking her on the butt cheeks because she loves it. while farmer runs upstairs, tries to grab cow using newly found bally total fitness strength. no avail. holds aloft sword and says "buy the power of soy sauce!" Uses newly, newly found strength to carry cow home. chops up. adds pepper rum. broils shoulder for 45 minutes. lights a candle and washes hands.

A1 steak sauce, yea it is that important.

#25, Talk to my uncle about that. He's an avid hunter and has several buck heads on his wall. He served venison chili at my cousin's wedding. I didn't have any, but I heard it was good. I'm not a hunter at all myself, but I still eat a fair amount of meat. Tastymeatfreecakemix, you can be a vegan if you like, that's your choice. The rest of us will just keep eating our burgers without you. Enjoy your salad.

#32, Tis' okay, btw Disrupture is a vegetarian, a vegan is some one who doesn't use any animal products i.e.: Meat, eggs, milk, cheese. A vegetarian just shuns meat.

#29, Sorry dude, I'm not a meat free activist/unrealistic extremist. Read my posts. I didn't even mention anything about hunting or being a vegan. The swf video was for extremist who believe protein is evil but I got something out of it.

And yes, I will enjoy my crispy chicken salad with the pointless half egg and nasty, brick-hard, fork-dodging, cherry tomatoes.
Want some? Its mighty.....

TASTY!

#35, Going to McDonald's for salad is like going to a crack house for vitamins. But seriously though, I tried doing the "healthy" thing once and shunned my Big Mac for one of those nasty salads, it tasted alright but I felt like somebody socked me in the gut a few hours later.

I eat meat. Some people don't eat meat and that's fine and dandy, just leave me the hell alone /$0.02

Also, the other day I found out that corn dogs are called that because they are on corn bread [/Semi-OT]
