fuck I hate trying to find a car near me for under $1500. This probably the best (and closest) thing near me. Some dude offered $5700 for the truck, and most will go into my savings account to pay for my college. Money is semi-tight, and I need a vehicle that gets me from point a to b and back sans worries, and is under $1500 out the door. I hate this shit. God dammit. |

#11, If theyve been properly maintained, they still have 50-100k left in em. ESPECIALLY if theyre 5spd. |

#11, OIC, hell just buy an Accord, any other car with that mileage (espescially domestic) I'd say be wary of. |

only high mileage domestics I have faith in are g-bodies (just because they are easy to work on), the last gen B-bodies (ditto), most of the trucks, and perhaps the 3.8L GM cars - provided the intake gasket issue has been fixed. I had my Taurus wagon for almost two weeks before the tranny fried... and I decided to just junk it instead of fixing it - the '81 Malibu wagon for $700 was more dependable!
Other than that - Civic, Camry, Accord, Corolla, Altima, Sentra.... |

#16, I found 2 Altimas both with 180k+. I have found older Corollas, too. Apparently people like to hang on to reliable cars, because I saw a ton of Taurii, but Japanese cars are limited. I could always get this 330k mile Previa that's on my street. |
