At first I hated Facebook myself, I didn't like the fact that you had to be a member to really browse around or the fact that you couldn't view people's profiles unless you added them as friends and honestly I really liked Myspaces page customization, it was great to really (as lame as it sounds) express yourself like that. But that was probably the only thing Myspace had going for it, the interface sucked and there were numerous glaring flaws with the sites layout and funcionality. Facebook on the other hand doesn't have any lame weiner enhancing pop-ups or robo whores trying to be your friend to hawk some perv's amatuer porn site and the layout is easy when you get used to it. I know it sounds like a shameless plug but it's true.

#7, I should try something like that, I was thinking of making my profile private, but me being a guy I don't think that would work out so well (all the private profiles I've seen have been girls) Stupid spam messages "Get a free pork pie hat at Gimlbes" and whatnot.

#7, Oh, well I haven't been on the site since August when I deleted my account and I don't really know of any of the newer security implementations. But at least they're trying to make a more enjoyable web experience because I know how bad it had gotten, several of my friends had had their profiles hacked and they had to delete their accounts.
Also, I'm sorry for the double post, the browser was being an asshole and when I tried to come back and correct it the damn thing wouldn't load up the site.
