Weird grille-reminds me of the Daihatsu Rocky I once saw. |

#4, I shouldn't say I'm not a fan of all Jeeps, I'd love to have a Wagoneer or any generation of Cherokee. I just don't like the smugness associated with Jeep drivers, espescially when many of them don't even take their trucks off road.

#8, Mahindra did not make a YJ as far as I know, only the old CJ3B in various versions. Pretty good quality to. |

Now I see why Jeeps are known as 'manure spreaders' in Polish off-roading circles. They are said to slowly plow through the mud, wheels spinning, sending shit flying everywhere, just like on this picture. |

#11, Yeah, my only gripe with off roading is getting mud all over yourself. I don't care much for the car, as long as the mud doesn't spill inside. And it does. And when the car get's stuck, you have to jump out and wade through the mud... ugh. |

#12, You don't _have_ to go through the mud, you can go around it instead ;) Mud doesn't require much of the driver, put your foot down is basically the way to go. Rocky, or just dryer, sections are more fun and demanding, imho... |

#7, well thats why the newer Jeeps suck so much, 90% of them are bought for the image and not what they can do. these is why CJs kick so much ass, they are basic no fills offroading machines. |

#14, Yeah, the Patriot and he Liberty and the like always gave the impression of over styled kid-carriers to me. The CJ's I like but there are too many douchebags around here that own them, I guess I shouldn't judge a car by it's owners though. But when it comes down to it, I don't really have a reason to own any kind of offroading machine, I live smack in the middle of 20 miles of suburbs. |

#15, Well I guess that is a big factor too, if you live somewhere that you can't really use them, then it makes sense that more of them will be for image. Here most CJs are well used and then there are some that are damn nice and just kept mostly stock. I can only think of maybe 2 or 3 that are poser trucks. TJs are really bad around here to get lifts and huge tires and have nothing else done to them |

#16, Yeah, I mean there's areas you could probably do a little off-roading on but you've gotta watch out for wacky property owners and cops. I do see a few CJ's and TJ's that look, as you said, well-used, but most of them are owned by frat boy types who keep them squeaky clean 24/7 or just sky jack them and never go near dirt. Back when I commuted to an area with alot of unpaved road and hills I could have definitely used a Wrangler or something but now I go to Grosse Pointe for work so...yeeah...the only obstacles are the skin-suit wearing Lance Armstrong wannabes that like to ride their 21-speeds in the street. |

There's a huge sandpit behind the industrail park in town here. There's the state forest too, tho they don't allow motorized vehicles (except 2 wheeled dirtbikes I think) |

Turns out this isn't a Jeep, it's a Brazilian-built Troller T4.
If you flip the image (it's mirrored), you can read the "Troller" badge above the grille. |
