I wouldn't buy one for $10,000. Maybe $4,000. They ain't exactly good cars. |

They damn sure hold up well. One of the most solid, reliable, go anywhere cars ever built. Just remember one thing about a Beetle: NEVER get one with air conditioning. If you do, don't use it. |

I see crap like "1967 Volkswagen Super Beetle, $8,000" in the classifieds all the time. Christ, those cars sold for like $800 new. |

Of the 3 old beetles I know, they're horribly unreliable cars. they're just easy to fix. |

It is a Dodge ram, hence the name RAM charger, a ram pick up and a caravan had incest and this popped out. |

My parents owned several, and told me that they were excellent. I don't have any personal experience with them, but maybe someday. |

Monjoho, that Camaro looks like a sweet fixer. $1,000 for any running vehicle with a Muncie 4-speed is a good price.
It looks like if you painted it, did some detailing, and fixed the speedometer, you'd have one helluva fun car. |

I went and looked at and drove the car on Thursday.
The interior is nice and the engine has had some work done to it so its got plaenty of power adn is quite fast. But the pictures dont show you everything. There is quite a bit of rust on the body and the paint job is spray paint. |

I know, I got a project F-Body from E-bay as well, rust out the wazoo and an engine that was good for a boat anchor and little else. (check car # 6863) but hey, find me a 2nd gen camaro/firebird for under 1K that doesn't need work, I got mine for $600, and got exactly what I paid for... :-)
