Description:
The Ford Focus. Which would you choose?
As far as North America is concerned, Ford chose wrong. |

My point is this- the eurofocus isnt anything particularly special, but it looks ok. The front end we get..hideous. |

The American one would look nice after a bit of C4.
More proof of Ford's stupidity

What? Does Ford expect us to tag along behind it's stupid brand identity? At least with the Euro design we get something...contemporary, not just the same chrome ridged little box the big 3's been marketing as compact and mid-size for the last 5 years. The domestic Focus is stupid looking, underwhelming, and the platform is ancient. People don't even tune the new ones! Which is probably a good thing but it just goes to show how little the car modding community cares for it. Even Scion's crumby little econoboxes at least appeal to that demographic. |

#12, It is. But I suppose living where they're sold has kinda ruined its novelty factor. |

#13, Yeah, but the 2nd-gen, from what I gather, was considered to be one of the top family hatches in Europe, right up there with the Golf... so, yeah, may be boring and/or dull in retrospect, but I don't think that makes it "suck"...
I mean, yeah, I have no love for the Toyota Camry or Corolla, but I respect that they are competent cars for their respective classes/price-ranges (though the 2014/5 refreshes are kinda lame in how shallow they are)... |

#14, Agreed. :) I think what he's implying is the he doesn't like it based solely on the fact that they're EVERYWHERE. That, and popular cars tend to attract copious amounts of douchebag owners. But, that can be said for any popular car. |
