I think this picture was taken in France, seeing how that is a French liscence plate. (All but the 77 was obviously edited out) Those three guys look pretty French too. (P.S. the last 2 numbers on a French liscence plate are area specific, i.e. if you live in a certain part of France, all the cars from there will have 77 as the last two numbers)

Man, talk about a lack of competition... those 2CVs must not put up much of a fight.

What would really be sweet is a 2CV that could take this thing. Damn, I want a car like that.

My all time favorite corvette is a '67 Stingray 427. It's perfect.

How about a 69 with a 454 that STOCK got 560 horses at 6400rpm? I'd take it over this ;) I understand it ran a SINGLE QUAD from heaven, too. Very, very few made (two). Called the ZL1. Had aluminum block and heads in -69-. Wanna drool about something? :)

#15: I believe the 454 was the L88. The ZL1 was an all-aluminum 427 IIRC.
I could be wrong, though.

You are correct, the LZ-1 was Chevy's all aluminum street racing engine, a few were put in Camaros as a COPO order, the rest were in corvettes
