My aunt had a green coupe back when they first came out. It really sucked.

Guy across the street's daughter had a blue sedan shortly after they came out. It sucked, and her driving sucked even worse. She did a couple thousand dollars worth of damage to a van (which was driving down the street) once when she pulled out of the driveway without looking. Brilliant.

my comment in #6 (pre Edit), was in error. I totally support this type of racing. In fact, cuda_man and i are making plans right now to buy a car for SCCA racing.

Oldsmobile had Trans Am champions in the early 90s. And prior to GM announcing the death of the division, the IRL GM engines were branded as Oldsmobiles -- now they're Chevys.

#16, Indeed...it's cool to see such a mundane vehicle as an Acheiva being seriously raced.
