#7, It's a 4.7L V12, naturally aspirated. You're right about the F40, though--it was a twin-turbocharged V8.
Of the two, I actually like the F40 better, but that's just me. |

The engine in the F50 is taken from their F1 car from 1990, the last time they had a V12 anyway. The F40 has the same engine as the 1984 GTO, but with more bigger turbos. |

#11, It's not a F1 engine. For one, F1 engines have NEVER been that big, and secondly it wouldn't last more than 5 or 6 hours if you were lucky |

#16, The first couple F1 seasons had a 1.5L blown/4.5L unblown formula; I think it'd be fairly trivial to get an extra 200cc out of a 4.5L V12. Of course, that was fifty years ago. |
