Oh yeah - these fucksticks are ricers. Look at them! What are they trying to make themselves out to be with faggoty bandana's on their heads? They think they're tough? Have then seen someone get shot and die right before them? Have they ever watched a person have an arm amputated as torture? Have they ever seen a mass grave? NO! Why? you can get a scan of a timeslip from somewhere else... would need some drags and whatnot to even get into the 13s...

11s are possible in a Civic, but I'm not sure I believe it.
