I eat at McDonald's. I actually lose weight. How? I stay away from the fries and hashbrowns. On the rare instances that I get lunch, I usually get McNuggets or a fish sandwich (where I scrape off most of the tartar sauce...a little is good, but DAMN they put too much of that crap on them) I almost never get a burger, but when I do, I get a Big&Tasty with no cheese, mayo, or ketchup. When I get breakfast items from them, I eat with a fork and knife, to savor the food. Not let myself just stuff one down my throat ready for another one. Water and orange juice are good. Sugary sodas are bad. ...and now I'm addicted to the Fruit and Walnut salads...damn those things are good...in fact, I've got one sitting in my fridge right now...hmmm....
