15 seconds in - watch the ricer weave in an around cars. He would have passed the car that this was filmed in - but he was targeted by the riceweapon.
Theres another video of a ricer blindly changing lanes unaware of the car in the other lane. When it does notice - he swings shaply back to the left and starts fishtailing. He then winds up in the dirt meridian.

#15, Evos are practically factory rice to begin with (bringing into question anyone who would drive one), but to see one crashed outside of the showroom is an even better indicator that a riceboy was test-driving it.

Yes, I have, Capt. Double Post. :P My local Chevy dealer only keeps two Corvettes at a time (in the showroom).
Maybe this was the only Evo the dealership had at the time?
