#13, I can tell you now, if he/she hasnt done a turbo upgrade, and some decent boost, then he wont be needing a brake upgrade, its going to be slower, and more laggy.

#15, I'd like to hope that if the owner went to all the work of putting this shit in there, that they would at least do a turbo upgrade.
edit: nm, I guess that really isn't any sort of indicator of anything anymore. For all I know that could be painted cardboard.
