I have to agree there, that is probably the most hilarious thing I have ever seen, that damn "redneck" banner on the windsheild, course, living in NC it would be a bad move to laugh at the guy to his face about it, those guns on the rack are usually loaded. |

Someone show Cheetos-in-his-head the car that says "got rice" on it. It's a red Civic on this site. Anyways...it's nice to have some entertainment, he is HILARIOUS. HAHAHAHAHAHA. I can't believe the effects of the lack of parenting today. |

Hey asshat. The reason you see people with "Redneck" window stickers is because of real champs like you who call anything with rear-wheel-drive and a V8 a "redneck" car. You called a classic AMX funny car "redneck" earlier if I recall correctly. The term "redneck," as far as I'm concerned, is a compliment when coming out of the mouth of one of those Planned Parenthood poster children known as "ricers." Of which you are one. Therefore, I shall accept your idiocy as a strange form of compliment. I thank you. |

Ok, cheetos, lets go. I must be a fatass old redneck because I don't like rice and drive a pickup truck, right? Now, lets see. I'm 27, I built the truck from the wheels up, and I also ride a 750cc Katana on the weekends. In my life, I've owned 3 japanese cars, none of which were rice, and all of which are far, far faster than your civic will ever be. If you get your FWD civic to run 11s (in the quarter, not the eighth), as my eclipse did, or win its class on a regular basis, as my CRX did, I might give your car a little respect. You, however, are a lost cause. I've defended many an import, pointing out that there is more than one way to go fast. Usually I'm trying to point out that V8s aren't the only cure for the need for speed. Now I have to say the same thing to you. Japanese cars can be fast, yes. Problem is, most of them aren't, and it takes much more work than most people are willing to put into it to make them so. Wheras a hemi powered 'cuda was fast from the factory. (cont) |

In a way, I can understand that giant aluminum wings are simply a styling thing for many imports, much like giant cowl hoods are a styling thing for your musclecar guys. And I'm sure many import owners realize that their wing neither provides downforce nor makes the car faster. It's simply a racecar-like touch that they like. Problem is, a wing is simply a waste of money from a performance standpoint. It is not a performance modification, despite what some people think. Whereas a cowl hood makes extra room for a supercharger, new heads, or simply a bigger filter element. Thus it serves a practical purpose. "Carbon fiber" hoods (most are simply skinned fiberglas) are not a performance modification. Saving 20 lbs from the front of a car, and then adding 50lbs by putting a subwoofer in the trunk makes matters far worse than if you had just left well enough alone. Ricers' precious fart canisters, in the form of catbacks, generally make about 5 hp above stock. (cont) |

A set of flowmasters on a modern-day v8 powered domestic generally make 15 to 20 hp above stock alone. Just an example. I could go on, but I really don't feel like wasting my time. |

hey crx track guy .....i happen to LIKE subwoofers, and i am not a rice, in fact, i drive a buick with no mods but some which save on fuel economy.... i happen to like many cars ranging from trucks to domestic V8's such as my 1989 5.0 mustang GT convertible to some new cars, such as a tastfully done integra, or maybe an eclipse, LOL...anyway, just wanted to say that a sound system does not costititute rice |

no, but thinking you're saving weight by adding 2 12s and a carbon fiber hood does. |
