No, this is not a Lexus. This is a Japan-market Toyota Celsior, the car the LS400 was based on. This is obviously in Japan, and seeing something like this in Japan is nothing new.

#14, Chaser is a different vehicle. You have to realize, Toyota has like, 30 different sedans in their Japan-market lineup...it's insane... so many different cars that are almost identical to each other, save for a few body panel and facia differences...
