#8, I don't know that they ever had one from the factory. Ford's cars usually went with a twin 4 barrel setup when it came to high performance.

#10, Apparently the '61-63 Thunderbirds were available with a triple-carb 390, according to this site: http://www.intl-tbirdclub.com/history/history.html It has been referred to as tri-power a couple of times.
