It doesn't matter if it's someones first or one-hundred and first car or how poor someone is; it costs nothing to avoid adding the shopping cart handle and the Japanese character sticker.
He should have put that money toward some decent rims.

No, without the shopping cart handle and the meaningless Japanese sticker, I'd have nothing bad to say about it, even with the stock rims/hubcaps.

My first car was ugly too, but at least it wasn't covered with a foreign language that I didn't even know what it said!
