Collectively, these cars are referred to as "High Risers" or "High Riders," but more specifically:
*A "Donk" is a '70s or earlier car built this way.
*A "Box" is an '80s car built this way.
*A "Bubble" is a '90s-present car built this way.
All the terms are based on Impalas from those particular time periods, but the cars don't have to be Impalas to have the terms apply. |
