The SMT is actually a bit slower than a conventional manual (since it's not super-high-tech like Ferrari's) and it doesn't have an automatic mode. Still sounds pretty cool to me, though. |

#6, but the downshifts are great. I drove one of these recently. The upshifts are painfully slow, but the downshifts make you wonder why you learned to heel-and-toe. |

Interesting MR-S Factoid: The body panels all bolt on, making for several intersting possibilities:
1) Take the entire body off. Drive it. Whee.
2) Full rebodies are not only possible, but easy
3) You never have to go to a bodyshop again.
4) Can anyone say full C-F body? |

#16, I honestly have no idea. I'm guessing it's just a basic unibody, but the body itself isn't a stressed member. |
