At first, I just thought it was the Chevy pickup with a van on top. Now I realize that they're both on top of a towtruck. If this guy gets someone hurt, I don't think proving liability would be a problem at all.

does center of gravity have a role here?. i think so. and with that said. the center of gravity is well about the flat-bed truck's bed. therfore making it unstable.

. take the total circumfrance of an objects base and compare it to its height. if the height is a higher value. you're gonna topple over very easily.
