Compare this to the Chevy Bel Air show car. Body shape is almost identical. |

The stock GT will only have 280hp. I guess with no competition Ford sees no need to make it fast. My '94 Z28 came stock with 275hp, but who leaves them stock.
Imagine the look on a new Wustang's owner face when a 8 year old Chevy beats him! I know the Cobra has more power, but Ford had to add a supercharger to get the same power as a Corvette Z06, naturally asperated. |

-sigh- The rear's horrid. I don't really mind the body shape, but those tail lights... wow... It looks like someone bred a Corvette an 80's land barge. |

#25, I've said it before, I've said it a million times. SVT didn't have as much displacement to work with. |

#25, Never mind that GM had another 70ci, and the 4.6 is relatively young. |

#30, Please. *rollseyes* That is a copout. If they can't compete with that size, then they need to make it bigger.

#33, but then it wouldnt be as fuel or cost efficient,,, sure i believe in the saying "there's no replacement for displacement", but in this case, SVT did the right thing |
