Look at the conclusion. They mention that the steering on FWD cars is better, but on the bottom they say that RWD cars can turn corners faster and easier. That makes sense...

I'd rather see laptimes between vehicles with a comparable power/weight ratio, but different drivetrain layout. And while we're at it, dragstrip times.
