#2, Yes; judging by the rear bumper, he seems to be really good with a holesaw.

I saw on someone's car domain page that those holes are supposed to add 1 mph to your quarter mile time. Dont ask. Im just relaying the only defense I have ever heard for those things.

yeah i dont tihkn it looks that bad...

the reasonoing behind those holes is so that air doesn't accumulate in the rear bumper, creating more drag. by venting the rear bumper, it allows that ar to escape. in theory i guess it would work, but does it? idk.

The holes are badly needed! Without them, the rear bumper would be ripped off the car at 200mph.
Additionally, the provide extra propulsion at 300+mph when the bodykit starts collecting and channeling air into the bumper where it is heated up by its own high pressure before it exits the bumper via the Speed holes. While the above picture is only showing the "basic" Version, there are already prototypes in their final stages of testing which feature an additional fuel injection into the hot compressed air in the bumper, creating a terribly effective afterburner system. HP-wise, we are talkin of approx. 1200 additional horses, althoug mileage suffers drastically.
