Silent Scope didn't do it for me, the Virta Cop series can't be beaten INHO, especialy since I'm a pretty good shot with both arcade and real firearms

#921, I LOVE Virtua Cop! I bought a light gun for my Dreamcast JUST to play that game, even though it was old at that point, and on the Sega Smashpack compilation.

Still, my favorite Arcade games of all time would have to be Ivan Ironman Stewert's Off-Road, Chase HQ, Crazy Taxi (yeah, it was on consoles, but in the arcade it was just so much more fun), and a few others I can't remember at this time.

As you can tell, I'm a racing game nut.

#929, I blew so much money on the Crusin' USA series it isn't funny, San Francisco rush was also a good one, as was Daytona USA, I was good enough at it, the only way the other guys could beat me was to put me in the wall

#933, Yep, I was a spin-steerer at that game also.

The Simpsons arcade game is STILL the only decent Simpsons licenced game in existence. It was actually quite fun.

#932, I never played the Arcade version of San Francisco Rush, but I ruled at the N64 version (which was supposedly a perfect port apart from the graphics).

#935, There was a place near where I lived in Florida called "Mr. Arcade" They had a building FULL of old-school arcade games. It cost $10 to enter, but all the games were FREE!

#936, Arcade is much better, you have a cabinet to sit in, and a gearshift and clutch to work, that's what made it fun, chasing another car downhill into a sharp right , and slamming it up into 3rd, light touch of the brake, swing a little wide, take out a parking meter or two.... 100% fun
