#900, I can still run Wofenstein 3d on the dos emulator, but like you said, the sound doesn't work, the only way to get sound is to use the "PC speaker" option, which is a lot of "Beep" and "Bloop" |

Luckily after PC games get to be about 5 years old or so you can download them as abandonware for free. I've already got Street Rod 2, Maniac Mansion, Ford Simulator 3 and Car Builder, and I'm contemplating Deja Vu and Sam and Max. |

#903, Except that the new 300 button controllers are a bit intimidating to me.... but it's kinda interresting isn't it that the average person can successfully master the use of somthing with as many buttons as the side-stick in a Cobra Attack hellicopter, isn't it? Then original NES was neat cuz it had TWO fire buttons!!! A and B!!!!!! |

Well, while we're on the suject of controllers, anyone here remeber some of the arcade games with more unorthodox contorllers, like "Paperboy" that had an actual bike handle in the console? Or Track n' Field with it's trackball? |

#911, but what happens when you get tired of that game? You have a nice 3 foot dust collector |

#913, Well, if it catches on, other games will have a 3 foot controller. Like a flight simulator that actually simulates a cockpit! |

T-Mek was a tank fighting game, where you sat in the cabinet like the old "pole position" racer, and used a pair of side-sticks for firing, once you got the hang of it, it was sick the way you could move that tank around |
