#939, I'm pretty big into pinball, good to see the dot matrix pinball machines have kinda revived them, I was always into an obscure one called "Road Show" that was kinda like "High Speed" meets "Smokey and the Bandit" meets "Killdozer" |

Rush 2 was okay, apart from the "porno movie" soundtrack and the fact that the whole thing was an endless Mountain Dew commercial. |

#943, My dad has 2, Bally's HIGH SPEED from 1987, and an old Bally's machine "Straight SHooter" from the 50's, it cost 5 cents to play :-) |

#941, I love pinball also, so does my dad. We have 3 machines in our basement. "Sunshine" from the '30s, "Rocket III" from the '50s, and "Capt. Fantastic" from 1976.
My dad is looking into 3 other machines, all from the 90's, the Harley-Davidson one, the "South Park" one, and the "Tommy" one...he's thinking of getting ONE of them...I'm rooting for the "South Park" one, it's a GREAT machine!
BTW, both Capt. Fantastic and Tommy were based on the movie "Tommy" or "Pinball Wizard" whatever the hell it was called... |

The "Straigt Shooter" game doesn't work right now, one of it's components is fried, it's funny, it's sound effects are all old-school buzzers and bells, and so many balls have been lanched into play, there's a trench worn in the wood where they exit onto the playing field
High Speed works, but is currently unplugged and buried in the basement under boxes of junk |

#949, Dad rewired his to play for free too, I think the old one just shorted out it's power supply, but it's not high on the list of things to fix right now...... |

Gettin' close to 1,000 comments.
What's the current record, held by that one Free Post? 1,200 or something like that? I still wonder how the hell we managed that in one day. |
