you know, after reading the first 20 (God awful) pages, I wonder if Cash was one of the ricecop regulars? Just seems weird that 'import' knew him and actually raced him... whatever happened to 'import'? Anyways... just an idea.

Cash: 145.22.90.12 = 145.philadelphia04rh.15.pa.dial-access.att.net.
Import: 168.199.238.205 = lwby-205-238-199-168.ppp.lwby.epix.net.
Here's what that means: Cash was using AT&T dialup access from somewhere in Pennsylvania. Import was using another dialup service ( http://www.epix.net ) from somewhere within the Northeast. Epix only offers connections in Pennsylvania and New York, so it is possible that they were the same person.
Unless of course, they were using some kind of IP spoofing (like a proxy server or something) in which case they could've been somewhere else entirely. But I doubt either of them were sufficiently computer literate to do that.
