#13, Sad/scary thing is, they kept that plane flying for almost half an hour before crashing. Half an hour... with no hydraulics or rudder. Failure of the rear pressure bulkhead caused explosive decompression that exited the aft of the cabin so violently, it tore off the rudder and severed the hydraulic lines.

The 747 finally clipped a low ridge and plowed into a mountainside, killing 520 people, the deadliest single-aircraft crash in aviation history to this day.
