I like these alot. Too bad here you can mostly find these in notchback/coupe form. Although I think it would be cool to a make a notchback into a drifter. |

We have both hatches and notches here. Some of them pretty nice, too. |

#22, IIRC in Japan, the 86 was available as a notchback, too. We didnt get any here though. The ones here are all AE85 SR-5's.
I am actually considering selling my Cutlass in order to get a real nice example of a AE86. Perferably in the panda paint scheme.
AE92 IIRC is the 4 door Corolla from '84 on, and the coupe from '88 on. |

In Japan the AE92 Trueno/Levin was fitted with a supercharger and TMIC, I think it was called the GT-Z, the SC gave the 4A-GE 50 more hp but hurt the rpms a little. And I don't really know if there was a notchback 86 it was only coupes and hatches afaik. |

#29, Yeah, wasn't that based off a Chevy Nova platform and used for hatchbacks, wagons and 2/4 doors? |

#30, #31, the corolla shared a platform with the chevy nova and later the chevy (geo in the US) prizm, they were all built side by side in California, at a factory called NUMMI, until the corolla changed body styles in '03, and the prizm was dropped completely. |

#31, I think there was an AE82 5-door wagon that was FWD, but the AE84 was 4WD, but I'm not positive
#32, Oh yeah, I remember the Prizm, girl I knew used to have one

So the Corolla Trueno was supercharged, where as this is probably it's american counterpart which isn't, and someone just put a Trueno badge on the front? |

These things are largely overrated/price when stock. But they can be made into capable sexy preformers. I love this cars. Mine would a nice all-around car and not a dedicated DORITFU KARUMA KEKEKE. I was a really nice red AE86 yesterday. Nice, stock, no rust, paint a little faded, and cruising a long nicely. |

I like AE86s, but I'm a little tired of all the Initial D clones. Try something original, people. |
