I would have trouble bending my knees to get inside of that. How does a handicap person do it?

#3, Or the fool is just rich enough to pay off someone at the DMV to give him a handicap permit so he can park closer.

I was more concerned when I saw a Viper with a handicapped hangtag. That was just scary--I mean, enough people who DON'T have disabilities manage to kill themselves with those.

#6, I'm told most people with Vipers drive like grannies, a side effect of the fact that by the time you can afford one and its insurance, you are a granny.

#7, I'm just having a hard time picturing what disability you could have that would still leave you qualified to operate a car that most normal people seem to have trouble with.
1. If you have hearing or vision problems, you should not drive a fast car.
2. If you have trouble walking for whatever reason, I doubt you'd have much luck driving one (don't they have manual trans.?), and you might have trouble getting into and out of a vehicle that sits THAT low.
3. If you have back/spinal problems, you shouldn't operate a vehicle that's likely to send you to the chiropractor.

#8, Maybe they used to be 7 feet tall, but their shins were amputated. Then a Ferrari would be a perfect fit.

#9, I was referring to the earlier Viper example, but the same arguments would apply to the Ferrari. And as for your statement, they'd still have trouble fitting :-)

I saw a Ferrari today 82 according to the plate. looked kinda like an 80s C4 Vette. and it was red

#7, It's pointless to me to have a fast car if you don't use it as such. Of course that philosophy gets me in trouble with the law too much.

in some states being a war veteran ( Ex: Purple Heart recipient) will get you a Handicap tag

I'm going to own a 355 some day... red, targa top, manual, tubi exhaust. I'm betting they'll be commonplace at about $50K in today's money circa 2015.
