#278, it sounds great during the race...the camera man sucks though, most of the time all you see is the gauges or the driver's shoulder

OK, you 2 are morons and Im not gonna argue with you so this is all im gonna say. If you think you are gonna survive a crash at 100MPH even with a seatbelt then you have another thing coming.

#292, Oh. Well if you don't wear a seatbelt you'll get killed at 30mph.
Besides... no seatbelt=no feeling of what is going on with the car. And there's also the issue of cornering...
36920 Those guys survived because of seatbelts. And yes, they were going 100mph (or very close to 100).

#294, I'm sure the massive rollcage, 5-point harnesses, helmets, and other equipment helped them survive that crash.

#294, Umm, those are race cars and are MADE to handle it. Simple seat belts in daily drivers are NOT meant to withstand those kinds of forces.

#299, My words exactly. I took some hitchhikers once. They were my age (from the same university). The kind of c00l people (I hate that kind). The girl in the front had her belt fastened (maybe she was scared? I'm a very smooth driver and because of that I'm often going 110kph on 90khp speed limit roads) but people in the back did not. I told them to buckle up. Sweet Jesus the fuss. Idiots. I finally told them that I didn't want to be sprayed with their brains (c00l as ice, hehe). They shut up and buckled up.
